I just returned from a vacation in Dallas, my other hometown. While there I took a few pictures of my granddaughter at the Aquarium. I almost deleted this picture, considering it worthless. Lauren had whipped her head around to tell me to look at the stingray just as I took the shot. The flash lit up the fingerprints on the glass, Lauren was blurred, and I lopped off some poor kid’s hand. It’s a terrible picture, right? Yet after I downloaded the photos, I took a second look. Much to my amazement, I discovered another picture inside the picture. A quick glance shows a flawed surface, while a closer look reveals a small slice of perfection.
