MY WORLD?
Sometimes I think my world is make believe
and I wonder who created me
I don’t think my dreamer meant this to be
I wonder what nightmares she must see
and who is she trying to deceive
I don’t think my life is real
and I’m not supposed to know
sometimes I wonder where she would go
if I didn’t allow this dream to grow
but I’m afraid of how she would feel
she must truly need a place to hide
and that’s what I must be for
she uses my world as a door
when she can’t take the pain anymore
and just who am I to decide?
If my life really is her dream
than her reality must be pretty bad
I’m not the best she could’ve had
and that must make her really sad
but could it be worse than mine does seem
