AS THE SNOW FLAKES FALL.

As the snowflakes fall I run to the window to see.

The snow is now over my knees.

Each flake falls from heaven on high.

Too many to count for a young boy eyes.

My heart aglow all happy inside.

Why tonight was Christmas Eve!

To a young boy the snow meant everything.

When I looked at my daddy he would just smile.

As I somehow new he had the heart of a child.

Why he was once a little boy to.

He once told me son I see myself in you.

Tomorrow we will have time to play.

Maybe build a snowman and ride your sleigh.

From the Bible my mother would read.

As she talked about JESUS and what Christmas means.

Some place so far away baby JESUS lay in the hay.

And there was a star that shined so bright.

Why it light up the way for the Shepard’s that night.

All the angels in heaven did sing.

For JESUS was born savior and king.

Then my eyes looked to heaven on high.

To all the stars that shined in the sky.

And I found one that out shine them all.

As I watched the snow flakes fall.
