Divorce Sucks

Divorce Sucks

Can I crawl in a hole
And hide from the world?
I'm afraid it would find me
I'd be swept up in the whirl

Can I hide in a corner
So dark and so dreary
And then fall asleep?
I'm feeling so weary

Can I turn off the lights
And cry til I'm blue
And never come out?
That's what I'd like to do

I'm tired of life
And the blows that it's dealt
I'd rather sit back
And let myself melt

It's hard to move on
When depression sets in
It seems like it's over
My head's in a spin

I've lost my good outlook
I can't find my smile
I'm too tired to think
Feel like I just ran a mile

I want to give up
To go home and give in
And cry for the lost cause
I can't seem to win

The weight seems so heavy
It's a burdensome load
My head is so full
Seems like it's going to explode!
