CROWS Two crows, in sheet-rain... One, a joyous welcome, dancing delight, seeking highest perch. Tallest Gulmohar, a ship buffetted in storm. My persistent acrobat, daring twig strength. The other, a wet rag, cling-wrapping my window, dripping runny-ink-misery, my morning damper... Another day begins, with God-given choices, of where I opt, to fix my gaze. |
