How does one define normal? What is normal and what is abnormal? Definition of normal: Usual; typical; not extraordinary. Abnormal: Not typical, usual, or regular; not normal; deviant. Looking back at my life, I now know that my childhood and upbringing was NOT normal. It was abnormal in every sense of the word. It was dysfunctional, sadistic, abusive, cruel, and created a path for me of self destruction, mental pain and anguish, inevitable failure and catastrophic doom. I can finally admit it and say it boisterously; “My childhood devastated me and the consequences bared from it are un-repairable”.
