Spring!

The garden alone is no lonely spot,
The redbirds a'rioting (Cat naps a lot.)
Yes, the birds are aflutter- spring's finally here-
I rest and enjoy the peace of God's ear.

I give Him big "thanks" for all He has done,
Small things and mighty, like His wonderful Son!
So go find the peace of Resurrection spring,
Go find the peace Only God's seasons can bring.

Thank God for Sunday and sunshine and warmth,
Thank Him for all things this hard world is not!
You know you're blessed daily in various ways;
Say thank-you for small things-that's how to pray!
