There is a little girl, who shines like a bright morning star
Who always has a smile on her face, no matter how distant or how far

She has the biggest, bluest eyes…like crystal water on display
And every time I hear her laugh, she sends my heart soaring away

Who is this precious little girl in which the Lord hath sent to me?
This little girl, my gift from God of eternal love faithfully

She has stolen my heart completely, never to give it back….
This gift from God is nothing more than love in full attack

So patience I have learned throughout each and every day
I love her more than I love myself, more than words can say
