YOU’RE KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR

A Knight in armor I’ll be for you! Yet,
Forgive me for my imperfections.
I know I come up short sometimes,
But from my heart I must say I love you,
There will be days I will let you down,
A hero I may never be!

The dents in my armor are real,
The shine is now starting to fade, yet the knight
Inside still LOVES YOU!
With a heart that is dedicated to you!
Honesty and loyalty you'll find!
With love and compassion unending
That comes from this heart of mine!
It’s a love that has no boundaries,
No fences for you to climb,

My heart you will find is true, look closer
You will see it’s in love with you!
In my soul you will find your dreams and
To my life they mean everything!

Yet always remember I am just a man,
Whose promise to you comes from
WITHIN!
