Bedtime Story With a Twist

There once was this young princess who all she wanted was to be loved. She searched high and low looking for love in all the wrong places. She would give her heart so easily. She was taken advantage of so much.
One day she ran into the man that she had loved for years. She handed herself and his daughter to him on a silver platter. He was like a child, playing with it, nibbling every once in a while. Then he threw the plate back in her face when he was through.
Then she found what she thought was her perfect match. They talked and laughed and laughed some more.
He showered her with attention and made her feel alive. He told her how special she was. He started off calling her hot but then as she had always dreamed he started calling her beautiful. She has never felt beautiful till he came around. She felt so good around her new friend. She was so excited because she found out she could love again. She just blossomed and smiled all the time with thoughts of him running through her head.
They started off just joking about cartoons and ended up with what she thought was something real. He had even told her it was real. She believed every word he said. She let her guard down and allowed him into her life. She had not been ready but she just knew it had to be right.
Then she was kicked to the curb. Her fantasy had been shattered. She was all alone again and in the dark. She turned to the left bumped into wall, turned to right a wall, took step forward another wall. Step back yes a wall.
Well don’t cha fret or don’t cha frown this fairy tail does not have, “and they rode off and lived happily ever after” ending. However the end of this story has not been written yet.
Our princess has not given up on hope or love. She knows that her Knight in shining armor is out there. She knows that she will have a chance at love again. She has not lost faith or trust in God. She will find the man that God intends for her to have in God’s timing.
