Note: Take a good look at the photo before reading the story. My husband and son were quietly rough housing while waiting on our turn for a special appointment. A recent game of "don't hit yourself" was a popular choice for our son and he would battle with his dad in fun. Every time we have looked at the photos from this day, Will has gotten excited about this specific photo. I dismissed his choice, thinking he was just being silly. But he was persistent. He begged me to print his photo for him. In frustration over his hang up on a bad photo instead of the better one just before it, I said, "Why do you like this one?" I will never forget how I felt when he replied, "Mom, It's my favorite one, because I'm blowing you a kiss." |
