Sounds delicious! I love cooking in the crock pot almost as much as I love pizza. I wonder if it would work to not cook the noodles beforehand? I may experiment. Carol

This recipe (along w/ a dozen others) was handed out at our FCE meeting last week. The program for the meeting was Crockpot Meals. I got a call asking if I'd gotten a copy of this particular recipe. Since I typed & sent the recipe by e-mail; wanted to share it w/ everyone at ourechoes. Another recipe in the list is Corn Beef Dandy.

So, looks like a a new use for the crockpot! Tell me about kluski noodles.
Will I find them in CT?
