What a sad beautiful story. Gilda
saved her human family but in a cruel
twist of fate could not save her own.
I believe the earth will one day be restored. The Goulds and Wickerts
will look and find Gilda and her
beautiful puppies again.

Oh my gosh - talk about ripping my heart out! If only someone had known this brilliant dog had moved her puppies. She definitely was dedicated to all those she loved - so tragic she couldn't have saved her babes.

Oh Fred, what can I say? There aren't enough words to express such sorrow your memories evoke. There's nothing like a mother's love. Gail

Boy, Fred, you really tug at my heart with that story. What a beautiful dog Gilda was. What can you say, she sure was a special lady.
