Hilarious, Kathy. You hunt slightly different in Texas as compared to we Montanans who hike our boots off, it oft taking 6 men and a boy a half day to haul an elk to a road. After a dreadful frozen nose night in our tent, I came across a prissy bunch of wooly red plaided out-of-staters being escorted thru the mountains by their hunting guide. They looked astonished at the sight of me, as was I of them. After staring me down, I finally shifted my rifle upon my shoulder, laid a bare hand on my .357 and announced: "Men........yer here in Montana where women are women!" A cocky thing to do, but I've never forgotten the looks on their faces.
