Language indigenous to Nam, that's for sure and I'm hardly shocked, for that's the way it was. Bless you Jim Rambo, I liked your poem immensly.

I wasn't there but know many who were. So many didn't come back. But the ones that did still carry the horror with them, just like you do. My Daddy who was wounded in France during WWII couldn't ever talk about it. Your writing about it will be good for all of us. Thanks, Gail

Just discovered ya.. Well, this poem,
but am sure would have noted the name if read your things earlier! LOL
As a "veteran of the ERA"- (It changed my entire life)- It hits home~

As you know by now, I lost my brother in Nam. GOD bless you for being the person that you are, and thank you for your poem, allthough it made me think of my brother out there in that place. I hope to someday find someone that knew him. GOD Bless you Jim.

Well put Jim. I'd bet you revist this daily as I do. My vist there is more pronounced at Christmas. Writing it down has helped me to lay it down.
