Very, very nicely said, Veronica.

Very touching. I like the way you incorporate your feelings about both "homes" in the poem and the importance you place on family.

Veronica, I loved this poem. It brought a tear to my eye as I read it. I can see both sides of the poem. The Irish side because I live here and the Buffalo side because you opened your home and family to me and let me become a part of it while I stayed ay your home. I maybe should write a poem about the 4th of July which you shared with me!!

Thanks for sharing such a great poem. I'm proud that the 4th of July will mean as much to you as it does to me who has lived here much longer, well all my 83 years. Gail
