Kath,
Thanks for an introduction to a world I'll probably never know. I was almost there riding like the wind with you.

Kathe, now this is a tale I haven't heard or read before. Awesome! You have had the most amazing experiences in life. So glad you continue to LIVE life instead of letting it pass you by. You go, girl!
Love you, Maria

Dearest Kathe--or should I call you Granny H.??
This morning I was nattering at my husband that we HAVE to get another cabin cruiser because I enjoy a boat so much and the travels we make by water. Our little open boat just isn't enough for me.
Then I came to ECHO and read your skidoo story. Now you know full well that I dearly LOVE our skidoo runs through and across the open country of Newfoundland. By the time I finished your story I wanted to get the skidoo out and forgot about the boat!!!
From a fellow snowmobiler, I know exactly how you felt, could visualize it so well with your wonderfully put together words to paint the picture for me. What an incredibly descriptive story you have here! You mentioned to me once in an e-mail about the 'ROOSTER TAILS' the machine can create in the fluffy snow. Well, I could not rest until I tried it, and I made a 'ROOSTER TAIL' but explaining that to our fellow trail riders was a total waste of time. They did not know where or why I was so into making this 'ROOSTER TAIL'!!*lol*
But I did it, much to the chagrin of my husband!
Great story Kathe-hold on to those times in your heart. Clearly you loved those experiences and they make you what you are today, despite adversity--a wonderful storyteller, and a great e-mail buddy!! Keep goin' Granny!
Bonnie.

What a great adventure, Kathe! I really enjoyed reading about it, and the pictures are wonderful. We don't get much snow in the Ozarks, so the closest I get to riding the wind is on my 4-wheeler, or on the jet ski.

All the best,

Renie

Kathe, I loved reading this story again, and the photos certainly add interest to your words. Seeing all that snow makes me shiver though!
I'm wondering...is there anything you won't try at least once?!
Love & Blessings,
Sandi in FL.
