Oh what an adorable dog,,,,and so perfectly described in your delightful poem. Legwarmer wearing rust - brown socks ! Know another who is a Boogie, who has a preferece for white socks....they must be brothers ! : )

They say cat oweners live longer, but in this case I bet Benji brings lots of life to his master.

I really enjoyed this poem. Benji and my Willie have a lot in common, including the dislike of baths. Willie doesn't try to run away, but he leans. That wouldn't be so bad if he weighed less than 85 pounds. BJ

Virginia, I truly enjoyed your poem. I lost my almost 15 yr old beloved cocker spaniel Bailey on August 2, 2008. (I still have two 5 yrd old lhasa apsos boys). Your words spoke like memories to me.
