Who needs coffee when I get perked up just looking at the picture. Gail

I wish I had a new picture of the 4 of them to post, but they are too busy for grandma's camera. The youngest is now 2. Thanks for the comment. BJ

What cute kids. No wonder you're excited to have them closer. We have two that are just a bit over two hours away and two that are almost 8 hours away. I yearn often to see my Texas grands at times. But they're old enough now that we e-mail and chat on the phone, so it eases the pangs a bit.
Isn't being a grandmother great?

I absolutely love being a grandma. They are moving to Peoria, which means I'll get to see them more. The Company my son-in-law was working for planned to transfer him to Maryland. I was about to have a panic attack until he got this offer. We have a mobile society today. Our kids must go where the jobs are. I just feel lucky this one wasn't so far away. Thanks for the comment. Wow, those little grandchildren of yours are absolutely darling with their bright, alert eyes and mega-watt grins! I hope you've read this story to them, and that you really do get to spend more time with them since they've moved closer. Grandchildren are priceless treasures, and spending time with them always offers an opportunity for making more happy memories.
Blessings,
Sandi in FL.

You sound like a wonderful Grandma. And the children--as you said--look angelic. You're a lucky lady. Two of my grandkids live almost 3000 miles away. I hardly ever get to see them. Even when I do, the visits are too brief for them to begin to warm up and get to know me--or me them. Enjoy those little ones. I wish mine would move closer. Janet
