I work in the courthouse. I see the problems renters cause daily. Many destroy the property, most just don't pay their rent. It's a different world than it used to be. Good luck with that empty apartment. BJ

Thanx BJ. You're right about it being a different world. That little apartment doesn't need any more abuse. I doubt if I will rent it out again, but if I do I will certainly ask a lot more for it. If the renter proves careful and concerned, I could always bring the rent down. I should have done this from the beginning. Oh well. You live and learn. It took me a long time!
