Thanks for the warm welcome, Virginia. I've been browsing and writing at EditRed for some time, and Tom Foley told me about this site. Glad to be here. It will take me a couple of days to get my bearings, but I plan to make myself at home. Janet

Hi Janet,
I must say, glancing at the top photo showing the brown teddy bear under the Christmas tree gave me a warm, fuzzy, happy feeling. Smiling across the miles here ~
This is a light-hearted poem, yet also has depth to it as you tied in God's love for us, His children, much the same way we hold a stuffed bear close to our heart. It's so comforting to know that God loves us unconditionally and permanently. And so it is with a teddy bear ~
Blessings,
Sandi in FL.
