I think it refers to the last line in the first paragraph. Some stories need to be read over and over again. This one still makes me shudder with fear. James words are so vivid. Gail

Just like the escape from the island in that 185 I was right there feeling the controls and the anxiety. In my decades of flying I've had a few hair raisers myself. As a matter of fact my wife used to tell people the only reason I liked to fly was to scare people.
