I enjoyed your love letter. Of the pics, I most enjoyed the one of the moose. Magnificent. I am a bit surprise about the geese wintering over there. I believe you are farther North than we, but our geese have gone South almost always by mid december at the latest. Many go prior to that.

Enjoyed this very much. We should all write love letters to our state or country. Kansas weather can be tricky too. Gail

Your love for country comes through here loud and clear, and nicely phrased throughout. I wasn't born here in the Flint Hills of Kansas, but I've lived here long enough to love it, and I feel much the same about it as you do your country. I feel sorry for people who don't have that deep love of the place where they live.

Bonnie, you have eloquently portrayed your love of country in this beautifully written love letter. I am sure you have written the true feelings of many other Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, who may not have put much thought into how much they really love their homeland. Except, of course, for those who have lived away for some years.(I, for one)
Very nice writing, Bonnie.

It's gotta be a tossup dear friend, for I too am having a torid love affair with my part of Rocky Mountains in Montana. May we ne'er be so humble.
