Ooooh, poor baby girl. Is that any way to treat a lady on Valentine's Day? But since I've been there and laughed at all the antics, you're forgiven for your good chuckle Mark. Kathe

I've always wondered what animals think when they encounter static electricity! Attacks from inanimate objects must surely boggle their minds. Cute story. Carol

Cute story. I'm loaded with static. I can't even wear a wrist watch--they quit on me. I've tried spraying the carpet with Fabreeze mixed with water, but to no avail. Been that way since I was little. I once scared my mother half to death when I turned off one light and another on at the same time. The insuing shreak filled the house--likely the neighborhood. I got the shock of my life. As a child, I was afraid of the dark and wouldn't turn off one light until another had been turned on. My Dad used to complain about using too much electricity, so I was trying to conserve. Now, I waste the extra electricity for the few seconds it takes to do one light at a time. LOL Thanks for sharing. I can sympathize with your dog. I hate the resulting shocks I get and give others.
