Thank you, Fred, for enlightening us. Your history lesson was superb. Have you noticed that even the Target Store ads wish us a Merry Christmas this year? Will wonders ever cease? Hopefully, as soon as all the politicians finally get tired of taking Christ out of Christmas, we can settle down to wishing one another a MERRY CHRISTMAS loud and clear. Kathe

you knoe Fred , does it tell us in the bible to celibrate christmas I do believe that the bible says that mockery will not be tolerated, to reinvent any occurances in the bible to me would be a very serious thing to do, we are not to esteem one day higher than the other, I believe it tells us that in the bible.Always inportant to know the truth and do the right thing. Enjoyed your lesson. B.K.

I wanted to add one or two more things,I do believe that many become hurt and left out, you must recognize the arrogance asssociated with this season as with anything eles in the world,so many things are involved that should not beand to take it on ourselves to set aside a day for when we are clearly told not to esteem one day higher than the other, we are told to keep the sabath holy. And we certainly don't make much effort to keep the Sabbath holy, do we?

I am a bit behind on your stories Fred, this was very good, I really enjoyed the history of it all. I do not believe there will ever be a time when people do not believe in Jesus Christ's birthday. in order to believe you have to have your faith, that's what it is all about.

Personally, I'm still wishing everyone Merry Christmas. I plan to continue. Thought provoking piece, as usual. BJ
