Hi Kathe,
You've managed to make an amusing tale out of something that could have been medically serious, but all kidding aside, I can readily identify with your worries since I'm a worrier by nature. The difference in you and me is that I must admit I do not take to cleaning house at such times though! Do you do windows? *LOL*
Keep writing and entertaining us readers with your special blend of wit and words. You're a pro at this now.
Blessings,
Sandi in FL.

Aren't we humans a crazy lot? Worrying over something we have no control over is so silly, but 90% of us do it. You spelled it out perfectly, Kathe. And I'm so happy that old lump was OK.

Been there, done that.... Sure is scary not knowing. The waiting game is devastating to our minds, bodies, etc.
Don't fear, my dear - the Lord is near, and it isn't only angels praying for you.
Love ya,
Toni W.

Kathe - Wonderful personal life-experience story of a situation we've all faced from time to time. I'm so glad your prolonged worry was for naught.

THANKS Kathe.. As one who experienced anxiety/panic attacks along with sleepless nights, before I had even heard the term, I certainly relate.
I am so glad and thankful those days are over;
Still, 'worry' will still seek to rear its' ugly little head!
Take Care and Keep Up the stories;
they're so great, Dearest!
XOXO

Kathe, you echoed what lots of us experience. You're not alone, but you said it best. Well done, my friend.

Winston Churchill once declared, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself." It is true because it is human nature to fear the worst. How sweet it is when we learn we had nothing to fear.

Of course you will get uptight again. We all do! With a little bit o' bloomin' luck . . . So glad the lump was only a fatty one. But do keep an eye on it and all those other parts of your body, too. Thanks for sharing the tense moments. You have a caring family - this wide-flung bunch of folks who read your stuff, laugh at your sennanigans (wonder how you really spell that), and admire your sense of humor and optimisim. Jo

Oh, Kathe! Aren't those blasted panic attacks the worst thing EVER? So sorry you went through such an ordeal but glad you had a good outcome. Very entertaining, as all your stories are.

I agree with Winston Churchill but what you expressed is what makes us all humans.From another one who had to wait twice for the same answer to the same problem.I am glad it turned out okay. Charlene Smith

Kathe, this story bought me to tears, and then laughter. I am so inspired by your words, and your courage. Sharing this is also a very brave thing to do. Thank you so much.
