Hi Gail,

I've had the same experience with my wild cherry jelly! Cute poem. I enjoyed it.

I have a question, Gail: What does elderberry jelly taste like?!
I've always put maple syrup on pancakes, but never jelly. Is this a Kansas habit?
Sincerely,
Sandi in FL.

Elderberry jelly is a deep purple color and has a wild taste sort of like blackberries. They grow wild in the gullies of the Flint Hills. Thanks for asking. Gail
