Dear Gail,

I read all your stories this evening. When I saw that you were from Kansas and also a member of Kansas Authors Club, I wanted to read them all. I, too, am from Kansas (Manhattan) and am also a member of Kansas Authors Club. I'll be teaching a workshop on publishing/selling your writing online at the state convention next fall. I especially liked your story about your greatgrandfather who was your Civil War hero.

I enjoyed reading this again. I remember many happy childhood visits to Melba and Norman's farm and certainly remember those geese!

Gail, if you can rustle up a photographer, maybe you can add a photo of the egg you have! Carol
