Witches are where you find them, aren't they Kathe! Very nice lesson that witches aren't necessarily wicked. A delightful tale of my favorite movie, and the photos are spectacular! Makes me want to return to Yellowstone. Carol

Hi Kathe,
As always, you tell such delightful and interesting stories. I can almost hear you using different voices for all the Oz characters, and I hope your daughters did the same for their children when a bedtime story was read.
Thanks for the smiles,
Sandi in FL.

Cute, cute, cute! Oh, but I bet you wanted to vanish when the kids began discussing the nuns being witches. Would loved to have seen your face.

KT has been teased by all of us periodically. She'll never live it down I suspect. K

Loved the story Kathe. Katie must have been a pure riot growing up. The glory hole in the top picture looks like one might expect from a witches cauldron brewing away too.

Kathe, What a delight. We all have stories of our children and fun at parks and swimming holes, but few of us take the time, or have the talent, to share them and make them interesting to 'outsiders'. Thanks for sharing. Jo Doofe

As usual Kathe, this story is fraught with humor, life experiences we all can relate to, and just plain home-spun family love.
