I couldn't agree with you more. When I was a highschool boy, many people came here from the city for summer vacation. Farmers took them in as boarders to make a little extra money. We country folk had many a laugh at their ignorance about things that to us were common knowledge. Now they are buying up property in this area, building places all over the map. After they have been here a few years, they suddenly start complaining, wanting the things they had in the city. One wonders why they left the city in the first place.

Thank you for your comments, Fred. Since I moved back to small town America, I sometimes miss going to the theater or out to eat at a nice restaurant, but then I remember things like traffic gridlock! BJ

I might be young but I can sure say that I totally agree with what you've said, people from the city think we are a bunch of braindead redneck buttheads and granted some of us are....we still know the value of life, work, family, and play
