I noticed you had no comments on this piece. Too bad, as I think it is a story that would be good for a great many to read and heed. My son is a regional sales manager for a big company in Dallas, and I intend to send this article to him. His philosophy on how to treat customers is much the same as yours. Doesn't matter if you are a cab driver or a CEO--how you treat the customer is of prime importance. Thanks for a very fine read.
