Thanx for sharng Sacha's life. He was
one of the lucky ones to have found love and the comforts of a home. If only there were more people like you and Tae.

What damn fools we are about our animals, Fred. I figure I've got just about $1700 in my old dump-off, General Sterling Price, for one thing and another. He's very old, but eats regular and never complains. I pray he just slips away peacefully, like Sasha. We train them, love them, give them our best and in the long run, it's been a good investment. Good story as usual, Fred..........Kathe

Oh Fred, you made me cry. I lost a wonderful Maine Coon a few years back. I still miss his rumbling purr. He always slept by my feet. What I don’t miss is his biting my big toe when it got too close to him during the night. Not a good way to wake up. Your Sasha was one lucky kitty. You have my heartfelt sympathy. BJ

Hi Fred,
I definitely prefer cats to dogs, and reading about your Sasha was so heartwarming. The details are delightful, and the photos really make your story come alive!
I hope you and Tae find another cat to love as much as you did Sasha.
Blessings,
Sandi in FL.

We loved Sasha, but are not lonesome by any means. For years, we have been taking in strays. For some reason they just keep on coming and we never turn away an animal in need. We have about 30 other cats. We really don't need to find any more.

Oh, what a beautiful but sad story! I loved the photo of Sasha - he was a very striking cat. And, he was lucky to have you for the years that he did.
