What a wonderful glimpse into your life. You were inspired to choose a career you can be proud of. It takes a very special person to be a nurse, which you obviously are. BJ

Black chiffon, a fragrance and a beautiful woman just has to be all you have been many times to any number of small patients. Did you ever think of that? Yes, dear girl, you chose the right career and I'm wondering what possible influence you could have possibly had upon all your sisters who followed in your very footsteps. What a gal! Kath

Bonnie,

I wish that young nurse knew what her kindness brought about. You chose a career because of her. I've always thought that many lives are touched by someone who never realizes the impact they've made. Like you, I knew what I wanted to be from the time I was a little girl. A teacher! Oh, I thought about a nursing career, too, and that was also because of a sweet young nurse I had at age 4 when hospitalized, but I knew I'd never make it through chemistry. So, off to be a teacher. I only taught for 5 years, then stayed home with my children, but I have used my teaching skills all through these many years, so it was never a wasted education. Weren't we among the lukcy ones--those who knew what they wanted to be when they grew up.
