Good words on a sore subject in many households. Seems often couples have different views on what to save and what to dump. The things we don't check prior to weddings! Enjoyed your musings here, Kathe. Nancy

Can I ever relate to this one! Seems we all have a packrat in our homes (and it's not me!). Thanks for a view that I definitely share! Nicely written story with big appeal factor.

Great story Kathe, made me think of the clutter my hubby always saves for what I have not an idea. Every so often someone needs something he has and he always says, "See, I knew it would come in handy someday,", LOL! Great story Kathe, keep them coming!

This story hits frighteningly close to home. I almost ran out to the garage to check on my stuff. My wife has these end the clutter or get rid of it fantasies, which she acts upon from time to time. I will do my best not to let her see this story, lest she get some ideas. God Bless!

Kathe, just don't ever stop writing!! I truly love this story, and regret that I couldn't slide Montana next to Florida and attend that whing ding of a yard sale!

Dearest Friend Kathe: I read this after struggling yesterday in the metal storage building in 30 & 40 mph winds to try to make room for my garden tools. Since George's death I have found enough screws and rusty nails to rebuild this entire city. The only thing he saved more than screws and nails were keys. It's a man thing.
Love you, keep writing. J.

Oh my dear - it sounds like the time my son came to take our "clutter" to put in storage in Idaho so that we could move there. We never did move there, and whenever a tool is needed, "It's in Idaho" is the answer!!
Now, there are more tools because one can't be without his gadgets in the garage. Loved the story - you've brought my 6-year old memories to the forefront, once again....
Thank you dear Kathe.
