Bonnie, this story is a tear-jerker, but I'm so glad I read it. What an amazing meeting of nurse and patient that Christmas Eve so long ago.
The memory is a good thing.
Bless you for sharing this.

This is the second time I've read this story, Bonnie, and it made me cry both times. I truly believe God places us where we need to be many times in our lives, and this is surely why you were given the opportunity to care for this poor woman that you've never forgotten.

You must have a lovely story related to your career for every season, Bonnie. This one was so sweet and so is that darling granddaughter of yours, Kylee. Especially liked the one with your dad. What a beautiful pair, the very young and the very old.
