This is a very interesting article with great pictures. I have seen Canada geese wintering in Rochester, Minnesota.

I enjoyed watching the geese on the lake near our home this morning. As I drove across the dam they launched themselves in mass formation like navy ships at sea. The sight was very impressive & I was wishing for my camera.

Nice story, just a few days ago , I saw a gaggle of Geese fly over my home here in Ky. And they called out to me, as they flew over. Delightful.

Keep on gogglin' goose matey, for I have two left myself, and once one is into geese, they and the ducks are family. They know my white bucket morn and night and have no intentions of leaving, not even over the top of my mountain into a field of wheat. Mighty fine photos as always...Kath
