Not my idea of a very Merry Christmas, but thank goodness you had the presence of mind to save a buddy's life. How different the holidays make us when far from home, hu? Kath

Wow! What a story--now THAT's a Christmas memory! Not like any most of us have, but the unexpected ending made it truly special. There are times when we just cannot stand by and do nothing. My friends tell me that when it's my time to go, it'll probably be at the hand of an abusive husband because I'm standing between him and his abused wife. Now there's another story - - -. Carol

Being an ex cop, having some experience along those lines myself, I can imagine it is more than another story, but most likely several stories.
