What a great story Jim. Held my attention from beginning to end. Loved the play on the "Night Before Christmas" poem sprinkled throughout. The entire story was entertaining, a lesson taught, and clever.

Jim,
I'm glad to see your post. Did you have any problems with the instructions I sent? Scott

Scott, Thanks very much for the help. Between my wife, Linda, and I, we got it done! My nickname is "TD", as in technically deficient.

What a beautiful story! I hope you sent this to the Ojo for all to enjoy. I'm taking it to Connecticut to share with my children.

Margie, Thanks for the kind comment on the Senor Santa story. Alex was still recuperating and never "got to" the story. However, it might get in the Chapala Review, according to Alesandro. Have a great time with your family in Connecticut over Christmas.
