What a wonderful happy ending!

Thankyou. Yes, as far as it goes it is a happy ending. It isn't all over yet though. The repairs on heating and refrigeration equipment have to be done over and over. As soon as one thing is repaired another goes bad. Parts are difficult to obtain for some of it. Right now the front door of the restaurant is falling apart on the bottom and has warped badly. It will have to be replaced and is very expensive. I've been looking for a good used one but that size is hard to come by. The landlord won't help. They are tough people and have a wonderful attitude. They will make it.

It's great that someone has donated a piano! No doubt more help will come "out of the blue." People are wonderful. Keep us posted! Carol

At least your biggest frustration is now over. The Gods are looking down on you, you must be living right. I do hope you will delight us with all the excitement when the piano is delivered to this deserving young man. Bless you, Fred. Kath

I thank you all for your interest, your good wishes and your prayers. It has been an ordeal for every family who went through that flood, but most were at least given some help by FEMA. Because it was their place of business and not their home that was devestated, and because they are renters and not owners, there is no provision for them to be helped, it has seemed especially harsh. With the help of the good Lord and the support of folks like you all with your best wishes and prayers, and because of their youth, hard work and positive attitude, they will pull through okay. God bless you all.
