Wonderful poem. It could be a tribute to my Mother. Thanks, Gail

What a wonderful thought. So many Mothers today need to read this and take it to heart. Maybe our world would be a little different.

I took this moment to call my sons over, as they were on their way out to play, and give them a hug and say, "I love you."

this is very touching use of words, because i believe we all need to stop and help all the children get through life with a positive out look.

This a reply to everyone that commented. Yes we forget and get busy, but we must remember, be it our children or grandchildren or others children, they need to look up to us, learn from us. We are their guidence. Only though what we do, and say do they learn what is right, and of Love.

Your honest poem has reminded me to hug my grown children and my one grandchild more often, and to also tell them that I love them more frequently. People not only need to feel loved, they need to hear it, too.
Thanks!
