Biography:After 13 years teaching middle school and high school students, I am taking a year off to stay home. My husband and I adopted special needs twins that are now 5 years old.

I loved writing and drawing when I was young and missed the outlet it provides during the busy years when teaching consumed my life. I wrote many stories as a teenager but lost them in the Andover tornado of 1991.

I decided it was time to try again after hearing and reading the stories posted by many of my family members:
