| Biography: | I am a Business Consultant with the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center in Columbus, Georgia. I have a 20 year history within the healthcare field, serving in both clinical, information technology, and administrative roles. I served with the U.S. Army in the 1980’s as a Special Forces medic, working with 5th Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, NC and served in both the Middle East and Europe. I have a language specialty of Turkish. During Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm I was deployed to the Middle East, separating from the U.S. Army in 1996 at the rank of Captain.
In the late 90’s my wife (Elaine) and I, (married 20 years as of October 2006), developed two Thomas Kinkade art galleries which weloved. Unfortunately the galleries were closed after 5 years. Most recently I successfully developed a home health company with a wonerful team of nurses and therapists, which served three counties in Georgia, providing licensed clinicians to care for elderly clients in their homes. I have a passion for working with entrepreneurs and small business, helping others successfully identify the path, and the resources, needed to reach their dreams.
